Are all the transactions secure?

A lot of Internet users are very skeptical about making a purchase on-line. We totally understand this and want you to feel completely comfortable about making a purchase from us. For your convenience, we use PayPal as our credit card processor. With PayPal, your credit card information is never seen by us.

When I can receive my LIMS software?

You can download your LIMS software right after you pay. Please contact our supporting at support@simplelimssoftware.com if you placed your order but cannot download the document file.

When I click on my download link, I receive an error message

Please email our support team at support@simplelimssoftware.com with your purchase invoice information, we will be sent product to you as an attachment.

How can I open the download files?

The download files are "zipped" to minimize the file size. You will need some extraction software tools like WinRaR to open it after your downloaded.



Software License and Refund Policy


A FULL REFUND will be provided if the software purchased is not available to you by download or by email within 72 hours of your purchase. All other refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

However, refunds cannot be granted for the following cases:

  • Any products purchased with source code for ANY reason whatsoever.
  • Inability to operate the software in your computing environment
  • Software purchased for the wrong platform because requirements for usage are clearly stated.>
  • Any item that was purchased over 30 days before refund request.
